Welcome to OneGroom Home Pet Grooming Services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. About Our Services

OneGroom provides professional at-home pet grooming services in Bangalore. Our services include:

• Bathing & Blow Dry

• Haircuts & Styling

• Nail Trimming

• Ear Cleaning

• Hygiene Grooming

• De-shedding & Coat Care

All services are performed at the customer’s location by trained groomers using sanitized tools and pet-safe products.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments must be booked in advance via call, WhatsApp, or online booking.

• Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

• Customers must provide correct details about pet breed, size, coat condition, and health.

• OneGroom reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or emergencies.

3. Pet Health & Safety Policy

• The pet owner must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin infections, or aggressive behavior.

• Pets with contagious diseases will not be groomed.

• If a pet shows aggressive behavior that may cause harm, the session may be stopped immediately.

• Any pre-existing health issues are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.

Your pet’s comfort and safety remain our top priority.

4. Owner Responsibilities

• The pet owner or responsible adult must be present during the grooming session.

• A safe and clean workspace must be provided.

• Pets should be vaccinated and medically fit for grooming.

• The owner is responsible for handling pets with behavioral issues.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Payment must be made immediately after service completion.

• Prices vary depending on pet breed, size, coat condition, and service type.

• Extra charges may apply for:

  • Severe matting

  • Tick/flea infestation

  • Special handling requirements

  • Extra time due to pet behavior

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.

• Repeated cancellations may result in restricted future bookings.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take utmost care during grooming:

• Minor cuts, scratches, or skin irritation may occur, especially in pets with matted coats or sensitive skin.

• OneGroom is not liable for complications arising from pre-existing medical conditions.

• In case of accidental injury, the owner will be informed immediately.

Our liability is limited strictly to the grooming service provided.

8. Hygiene Standards

• All grooming tools are sanitized before and after each appointment.

• We use pet-safe, vet-recommended grooming products.

• Towels and equipment follow hygiene standards.

9. Right to Refuse Service

OneGroom reserves the right to refuse service if:

• The pet is excessively aggressive.

• False information is provided at the time of booking.

• The environment is unsafe for the groomer.

• The pet is severely ill or contagious.

10. Changes to Terms

OneGroom reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
