Refund and Returns Policy

At OneGroom, we value your time and strive to provide reliable home pet grooming services across Bangalore. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

By booking our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


 

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may attract a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restriction of future bookings.


 

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments can be rescheduled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without additional charges.

  • Rescheduling requests made at the last minute are subject to availability.

  • OneGroom reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational issues, weather conditions, or emergencies. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.


 

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time and the groomer is unable to perform the service, it will be treated as a No-Show.

  • In such cases, a service fee may be charged to cover travel and operational costs.


 

4. Refund Policy

Since OneGroom provides doorstep grooming services:

  • Refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed.

  • If a customer is unsatisfied with the service, concerns must be reported immediately during or after the session so that corrective steps can be taken.

  • Refunds, if approved, are issued only in cases of:

    • Service not delivered due to our operational issue

    • Duplicate payment

    • Payment charged but service not provided

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.


 

5. Service Refusal

OneGroom reserves the right to refuse or stop a grooming session if:

  • The pet displays aggressive behavior that risks safety.

  • The pet has a contagious medical condition.

  • False information was provided during booking.

  • The environment is unsafe for the groomer.

In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.
